Most workplace wellbeing efforts aim at making people happier. Psychology suggests that isn't quite the point. Drawing on research into eudaimonic wellbeing, this talk looks at what actually sustains people over time: meaning, growth, autonomy and connection.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Claudia is the founder of Euda Studio, a psychology-based wellness brand for women navigating change. Her career spans corporate legal, private law firms and executive search at multinational companies in Switzerland, as well as several start-ups. She studied at Swiss Hotel Management School and is completing a BSc in Psychology through the University of London (King's College London). She writes a blog on psychology and [what the blog covers], and the weekly newsletter Tuesday Notes, published since February 2026.
